When we switched servers we lost this thread. It is definately worth recovering. Thanks to outback25 for the link.
Everyone knows of the great striped bass fishing on Lake Cumberland, but few fisherman know that Trophy Striper are caught in the Cumberland River, Caney Fork River, Cordell Hull Lake, Old Hickory Lake, in Kentucky & Tennessee. Fred guides on over 200 miles of the Cumberland River system. Fred was inducted into the freshwater hall of fame in 2002. The striped bass caught on the cumberland river is just a small part of the reason.
Check his sites.
He says that he will be adding more pictures this winter if things slow down.

Fred is the MAN :notworthy: I have fished with him in the past, and what an experience! He has been an inspiration and a mentor to me, whether he knows it or not. A couple of other GREAT GUIDES to be mentioned are Tim Tarter of Kentucky and Ralph Dallas from Tennessee are both landlocked striper catching GODS

The Hoosier link belongs to a good friend of mine John Koonsman. He's the editor of The Hoosier Angler Magazine here in Indiana. You can find a bunch of photos in the magazine and website that are from the Inland Lake Fishing Charters archives. John jumps in the boat as much as he can and is a pleasure to fish with ( a true diehard)
I'm sharing a booth with John this year at the Boat Sport and Travel Show, which I should to be there right now.
Today is the last day of the 10 day marathon...."whew it was a long one!

Better get it in gear!
