I was wondering where/how I can get some hard copies of nav charts for these areas. I have a Navtronics Gold chip for my Lowarnce, But i would like to study these at home, get some numbers and go there to fish. Is there a way to extract this information from the flash card onto a PC? or do I buy some charts?

You can also go to Maptech website and download the demo version of Chart Navigator software for free. Then from the Maptech website you can download the free NOAA charts that work in the Navigator program. In the program you can zoom in/out switch scales, set waypoints and routes, etc.

It's a nifty way to study the charts for free.

Bubba you should also have a look in here. Im not sure which or if any have the
computer navigational software but I think some do.
