Hummingbird settings

Just picked up a 3rd gen Hummingbird helix 7 MDI. Really wanted the SI but this was a steal that I couldn't pass up.
Anyone use this model and have any recommended settings or tips for the Hudson river?

Look at bbcboards.net. They have humminbird section and humminbird moderator looking at posts.
