sorry to ask such a blanketed question but I have a few days ........ can either of the above mentioned still be caught form the rocky cost of RI????? the little voice in my head tells me I may be a bit late for the hard tales but the reality is I have no idea as I have never seriously targeted them before. not looking for "spots" just a simple yea or nay or any tips that are willing to be offered.
