Fished Albany to Coeymans both days. Landed 6 on Saturday biggest up to 39”. Landed 4 Sunday up to 36. Had a live out both days. Drifting and anchored. Nothing. Fished 25-35fow. Landed two huge drums in Albany as well. Cool fish. Going on vacation this week so pulled the boat out. Filled out the angler log book and tallied it up. 53 fish. 63.5 hrs. 0.83 fish per hour. Good season for me. Good luck out there!!!!

btw. I saw the most eagles ever this year. Young and adults. As well as ospreys. Birds of prey for the win. View attachment 42822
Great pic and trips, man.

Quick question for you..
I started drifting the outgoing this year and it's been very productive. Do you drift incoming as well or is it not worth it?
Wasn't sure if it's productive since you're drifting in the direction that the fish are traveling.
Any tips or advice would be appreciated.

i think drifting helps locate active fish and keeps you from being frustrated from catfish. Either direction works. Play the wind and the tide and boat traffic. Sometimes drifting away from groups of boats pays off too.
Thanks for the tips
