    Was out Fishing with Backbay when something looked like a glowing rope in the water. Cast toward it and the water splash GLOWED.:shocked: Assumed it was either radioative or Plankton..lol. You could see all the fish GLOW all the Bait GLOW and scatter when i cast toward it. Very Weird to watch...
