Did some background on tica rods...One guy says the UEHA seriesT2 has inferior guides & problems with Tips being replaced...But says the newer USGA models T3 are better guides etc... Are these the same blanks? Do they just sell blanks? Thanks, Jim

Has anyone used this? I have an opportunity to pick this $90 reel for about half price. This reel is brand new and has never even had line on it. I plan on putting it on a 7' med/heavy rod to use while jigging. I know someone has some experience with this reel.
