I've been wondering this for years....Maine has a rule that you can only keep one fish per day, no matter what. 20-26 inches or 40" and above. However New hampshires law is about 28" (correct me if i'm wrong) Massachusetts allows 2 fish per day, and then also has a special commercial season...
