Not a lot of striper fishing happening on the docks. In Alabama, Stripers are a blast to catch off the dock and the dock tip up is great for this. No need to spend thousands chasing them around if you own a dock on Smith Lake, AL

I was wondering how one uses eels to fish from a dock since I don't have a boat ? I will be fishing Greenwich Bay and Chippy Area . How effective are eels in the narrow river at night also ? And if fishing with eels in narrow river , are they fished the same as from a dock ? Thanks, Rebekah...
