Looks like the 07 striper bonus program is a pay per permit this year. The permits can be purchased for $2 on the on-license section of the DNR web site.

Remember to send in your Log Sheets to the Research Station before Dec 31. You will then automatically receive 2007 bonus cards, if they have the program.
