Fished schodack to coeymans. Water at 50-51. Coukd not find bait. Fished a few spots with chunk between 20-37fow. Not much going on with fish finder. Blank screens a lot of the time. Saw a guy hook up and lost at boat. Sucks. He had live. There were some herring jigged up in schodack area...

fished from 5-8...the fish are hungry. I unfortunately went 0 for 2 tonight drifting in 35fow. went out with some family, my aunt landed a nice 35" and had one snap her line on the next drift. jigging herring in main river was nice tonight. upper column.

Got out in the morning (out of corning preserve) and missed a good one, lost it at the 'yak. Tried the evening and didn't have a dang thing. Other people were hooking into them, I know a lot of boats had fish on. Try again tomorrow.

Back on the water at 5 this morning. I set up on my usual spot and right at first light I was able to hook up and land two quality fish.
