    So I drive by the bay at about 11:30, 1 hour to high tide with my brother. Driving by I see a guy with 4 BIG BLUES at least 10 lbs a pair was. And some one had a nice Striper about 12-15 lbs. I set up and nothing really comes up with a couple of live peanut bunker. So I drive to bay parkway...
