prime time this year?

hey guys been reading a lot and getting tons of information, I will be fishing around the Albany area this year, just wondering what everyones thoughts were about when "prime time" might be this year given the weather?

The whole month of may is the best time to be out

perfect be out in the boat on the 8th in the albany area, should be able to find some herring on sabikis early in the morning I hope enough to fish live bait through the day
