OK ..... it's a great start. Did he sneak up on a clam or was there any top activity? I'd be there Sunday morning, but I think you'd have to be lashed in. There's supposed to be an awful lot of snot rollin' over us the next few days.

I hope the bite lasts till I get there this afternoon, I'll be looking at your pier from afar again, catching all the fish that you wish you were catching I'm looking for good things, being that I have a good tide right ahead of a big blow, I hope the fishies are putting on the feed bag.

stopped by to catch the incoming but would have been better off snaggin bunker for bait. got a hit on da fly rod but nothing for the 2 hour trip. maybe shoulda dunked clams but soon enough the large will come in (most likely after the blow) hope ya got da ones near you ed! my buddy's cousin saw a couple of blue sharks between me and ed while flounder fishing. not worried in my waders in the flat but that close to the chanell i cringe in dirty water.

3 of us fished for 4 hours for 4 mid 20" fish total, nice evening, no wind, flat water, falling pressure, and slow fishing.....lot's of "You should have been here yesterday" reports.

If you left your house and drove like I do when I'm going fishing you could be here in 4-1/2-5 hours......say, leave at midnight and be here for first light? Fish till you pass out, wake up and fish the evening shift, then drive till you get tired, you'd be halfway back home by then, wake up and finish driving, All told, a day and a half trip, and 2 days to recover from sleep deprivation.
But you might catch fish!?!
