Ok, Why does water boil at 90 degrees when in a vacuum with Zero O2?
I saw it on the tube last night. It allows you to dry wood in 24 Hr.s.
Just wonderin...

Roc, that is because it is time to ice fish and snowshoe hare hunt.
Saturday the fish bit so well we ran out of 4 dozen shiners by noon.
I call this the "office". Biggest fish 26" pickerel. 20" LB bass

Sunday the bunny hunting was hot. One beagle = two hares.

You are welcome to come anytime.

Guys were smelt fishing Saturday on the Squamscott River. There was one shack there Sunday. Two days of 60 degrees has put a hurt on the ice.
I'll keep you updated.

Winters been busy so far. I have a mess of plugs in the works, and I'm going to try to bring some to the summit so you guys can laugh at me. I'm within a couple weeks of having them in sealer. I turned a couple more last night. I should be painting the end of the month. I have a buddy who used to do taxidermy, so hopefully he can show me some painting tricks.

The wife is after me to paint the bedroom, bathroom, and hallway. I keep putting that off until I finish my plugs. She doesn't seem to think I have my priorities right. I think my priorities are just fine. Her having the chores lined up is forcing me to finish these plugs as quickly as I can.

I'm thinking boat upgrades this spring. On the list is a better electric trolling motor. I also need to get the boat onto a different trailer. The original 1982 steel trailer doesn't like the salt water baths it's been receiving the last few years. I picked up a used galvanized trailer and will be doing the switch as soon as the snow melts.

Dave, right in front of where you took the picture, I've taken more smelt than I can ever count.... I lost my shack there the year my dad passed away, we had a stretch of weather just like this and we lost the edges before i could retrieve it.... I came back with my canoe, but the local PD threaten to arrest me if I went over the fence....

Rick.... just tell the wife, you have to practice what you learned before you forget!

Been a bit tied up lately trying to teach my new Lab how to dig quahogs.
So far, yard practice is coming along fine. Just look out for the mine fields!

Took her to the range for FIRE! practice, did fine. Saw the dirt kicking up and wanted to fetch / chase lead.

Yesterday was first real "off leash" walk (run, chase, crawl, hop, thrash & crash). Yup, she's still here.

Damned, them Labs are thick headed critters!

She's a bit of a "Queen" though, prefers her fish cooked!

Note to all feathered creatures; Look out next year or you'll be the guest of honor at a diner!

Wouldn't she be pissed if she came up and checked out the bedroom wall and I had a huge Danny painted on the wall above the bed, complete with scales.
