Default New Echotail Hybrid Blade Bait

Please allow me introduce myself; My name is Justin Blanchar. I live in Wisconsin about halfway between Madison and Milwaukee. I grew up fishing the Madison Chain most of my life targeting all species of fish but primarily Musky and Walleye. A couple of years ago my Father and I invented a new lure called an Echotail. An Echotail is a hybrid blade baits with an interchangeable soft plastic tail. We currently manufacture six sizes that range from 1/10 oz, 1/4 oz 1/2 oz, 2 1/2 oz and 4oz. In 2013 we will be adding two new sizes that includes a 1 oz and an 8 oz giant! The lure is extremely versatile and can be matched with thousands of soft plastic options available on the market. Many styles, colors and scented plastics to choose from. The Echotail can be use for many presentations including the following:

Trolling- Trolling Echotails has proven to be an extremely effective method for landing fishing all species. We have recently designed a trolling chart that allows anglers to place their baits at the depths that they are trying to target while flat line trolling. We have had success with echotails flat line trolling, speed trolling, behind planer boards, down-riggers, and dipsy divers.

Jigging- Echotails work great for deep water jigging presentations. They will get down to the deeper depths that are hard to accomplish with most other fishing lures. The hard vibration from the lure will not only lure fish in but also allow you to feel what the lure is doing at all times.

Casting- The Echotail works great as a lipless crankbait much like a rattletrap and also has proven to work great from the shore. While the small (1/2 oz) - Medium (1 1/2) oz can be easily utilized in shallower depths, the large (2 oz) Magnum (4 oz) can be used to make long bomb casts in deeper water in search for anything that swims.

The also have 5 different holes at the top to connect your line to. Each hole provides different vibrations. The front holes have less vibration and meant to be use for faster presentations while the back holes have more vibration and meant to be used for slower subtle presentation. We recommend that Echotail beginners start out using the center hole to learn how the bait feels. The center holes is very versatile and can be use for all presentations listed above.

We have also recently release our Saltwater Edition! The Major difference between our saltwater and freshwater is the hooks and the tail. The saltwater edition includes permasteel hooks with a Got Stryper Pintail while the freshwater editions are rigged with black nickel/bronze hooks with a Kalin's Grub tail.

I wish everyone the best of luck on the water this season. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at (608) 516-5339 or email me at [email protected] Have a nice week!

As and FYI, Vibrations Tackle will be offering a contest soon. Contestants will have the opportunity to win Echotail tackle!
