Default What were looking at ... from recent weather...

The upper Hudson is at historic levels of water... Here are some links to read before you think about going out for Stripers.

Upper Hudson and tribs :

http://www.adirondackalmanack.com/20...irondacks.html

Mohawk river:

Part of the Mohawk river is closed indefinitely.

http://www.canals.ny.gov/news/pressr...nal-delay.html

Remember all these watersheds empty into the Hudson. Now for the question "How long before it clears up"?

Gonna be some time ...

Be safe and think smart - stay off the river...

Ain't worth your life or the life's of those who might have to save you !!!

Be very cautious with your boat go slow, there is a lot of debris just under the surface. Was out last night, water temps are right on, I was gonna use my anchor to hold bait on the bottom but couldnt get any
