HH park closes at dark. I dont think they will bother the boat trailers or vehicles though. .just the shore fisherman have to leave at dark but that launch gets hectic to when the run heats up ive even witnessed fights there among boaters trying to get in and out. i seen it take as long as 30 minutes to get a boat out of there .

Yea i stopped and talked to the workers. They said they were fixing the ramp but it won't be done for a while. Joke was on me. All they did was use a loader to carry the docks down to the water. They did nothing to the ramp. They weren't there yesterday. I doubt they will do anything to the ramp for us this season. Anyone wanna get together tomorrow and see if we can fix it up a bit?

The launch is fixed! Crushed stone and fresh pavement over it. It won't last for years and years but its way better than I have ever seen it. See you all out there when the waters die down a bit.

Half of the new launch is currently under water and the river is rising and moving fast. If its still there when the river drops ill be surprised. God I hope it is though.

I have never personaly lauched there, but from what i've heard if you dont get the boat on trailer quickly and first attempt the front of the boat will be on but the stern will be going sideways at a rapid rate due to fast current
