Freshwater spinning gear

I'm looking at picking up a new rod/reel spinning combo for kayak fishing for LMB. I've got a nice Quantum baitcaster, but for night fishing I'd like to have a spinning setup to go to sometimes.

Any suggestions? I'd like to keep it around $75 or less if I can.

I prefer ultra light tackle. I have an ugly stick really short like 5' and an ultra light quantum reel. I spool on 2# fire line and have had no trouble reeling in 3+ pounds (large and small). I really like the challenge and it was definitely under $75 and very easy to bring in a kayak or anything else for that matter.
