Redfish

Anybody do any Redfishing? It seems to me that they are the South's version of the Striper as far as the passion people have for catching them. I'm thinking about heading down to the Space Coast this November and chartering a boat. Does anyone know if there is an off season? Or when the best time to catch them is?
