Used them in the Canal last year on 3/4/5 oz jig heads in place of Sluggos 9in. They worked fine nothing different, the only problem I had was the taper of the eel body is quick, so the jig heads barb, if you use that style tears the plastic up as the eel gets shorter and sooner or later the hook won't stay in place. Most of the time I cut the lead barb right at the head, and wrap 3/4 -1in of heavy thread on the shank and super glue it in place. Then a couple drops of SG on the thread and slide plastic over it, last for along time 4/5 fish or more
I think they caal the new company 24/7... Al made a decent plug for a good price, the Pencils were grerat.
