1st Place Fishing Derby
I entered myself into a kids fishing derby, this morning...
There was a bunch of little kids and one other kid that looked like he was around 7th grade...
From the looks of the competion, I told myself not to get to serious... :D I took 3 fish for the morining. They were probably the smallest LMB I have ever seen, but compared to the sunnys the other kids caught, I pulled off first place...
A win is a win... :D
Hopefully I can get into some more serious tourneys in the future...hopefully for Stripers :D

At a local recreational park that has a 10 acre pond and other stuff I don't really pay attention to. The lake has a board walk around one side, where all the kids caught sunnys...
I took my fish in a shallow weedy area, with a Senko fished Texas slow jerkbait style.
