where fish striper in may, anywhere just a good place

Hi guys I am a new member, I have fished stripers in the hudson river albany, in may, also lake cumber KY,
The question is where is the best place to fish striper the second week in may , if all opions are open.

The fish will be migrating up the east coast at the beginning of April.
Cant speak on the landlocked in cumberland though.
