Default Upon Further Review -4th and two from the 28.

I just can't thank Bill Belichick enough for going for it on 4th & 2 on their very own 28 yard line with two minutes and eight seconds to play. Its was beautiful!!!

Who did you think you were playing .."the Bills??

The absolute worst call in the history of the NFL. Arrogance. !!
I hope he's squirming.

I really couldn't believe what I was seeing.
The players have got to be pissed.
Tell me Peyton Manning isn't inside Bellichecks head. lol

It is not only the players that are pissed. The Fans are a bit ticked too. Brady played an unbelievable game, Moss had a great game, Sebastian Vollmer shut down Freeney all game. Maroney and Bleichick blew that game for all of the players on the team. Just terrible. Life goes on.

Did Bill see something we didn't?? Kinda cocky? Who knows?

Although, if Faulk would of shown he had possession at the catch the outcome would of been totally different.

The way Manning was moving his team up and down the field I know Belichick did not want Indy to have the ball anywhere with 2 minutes left. Let's face it that if you can't get a yard and a half then that's the players and not the coach. Also, the spot was definitely a homer call.

Patriots have 3 tough losses. Early to the Jets while they were still trying to get their form back and close game. OT in Denver. Late to the Colts. I'd say the Patriots can play with any one and come the playoffs they could do some serious damage. The road to the Super Bowl will go through Indy and I look forward to that re-match

By the way. Manning is just an incredible player.

I agree 100%. Seriously, It was a total fear of Indy's offense.

I know it is moot but have you seen the replays. Faulk had possesion and 1st down. Spot was NG oh well Gives the Pats more incentive for January!

Like I said....spot was a homer call. Replays prove he had enough for a 1st down. And then again if the Pats had not wasted their timeouts then they coulda challenged

Replays show first down?
Look at the 3:40 second mark.
Left foot down inside the 30. Forward progress stopped at the 29 yard 10 inch mark. LOL There was some speculation on whether he was juggling the ball for possession. No conclusive reply? Call stands as spotted.
Whatever the case - gutsy call. The man was playing for the win.
Still should have punted and played defense IMO.
