I'll be camping with some friends this weekend (March 20-22) in the Uwharrie National Forest. We'll be doing some hiking and enjoying the sunny 65 degree weather. A couple of questions, if you please!
1. Is anything biting in the Uwharrie River this time of year?
2. If so, what would they be biting on, and how should I fish it?
I probably won't be able to get over to Badin Lake, but I might have 2-3 hours to fish some spots in the river. I hear it can be a bit wild and off the path, and I like that.
Thanks for any input you can give!
