Default Planning a trip to the bay

I was told mariners point, in april and may, first time at Chesapeake bay so a little help would be appreciated, fished stripers, Albany NY, and Cumberland ky,, but not in the Chesapeake bay, so , Is this a good time to go, and a good place to start, have a small deep V boat, 90hp with kicker, any info would be appreciated,, just two old retired guys fishing, eating and having a few cold ones,, or is fall a better time thanks bob

Ha Ha, Bob I have no clue about the area you mentioned but you mentioned you were old.. why the HELL would you wait til Fall because it was better... Get out there!

Come back to the Hudson. Closer to Michigan than the Chesapeak. Figure early May. Watch the Hudson River thread.
