Default Where did they go?

Hi everyone, Im sorry I never post any reports of my outings. Well, its because I never really catch any stripers like that..lol. But this summer till the first week of November was really good striper fishing for me. The lake that I was fishing has rewarded my family with some very nice catch. I do all my fishing early morning and late evening just about 3-4 hours of shore fishing. I have landed many nice fish (to me..lol). I like to throw spook, plugs, swimbiats etc. it seems they hit just all most everything i tossed at them.

Now, after the first week of November I been out 5x and never got bite.
I was just wondering where did they all go? Did they went deep and now I have to get on a boat to troll for them? because, i seen boats with limits. Most of all, I was wondering would those striper come back and cruse the shore and look for bait again in the winter? Or, are they just going to stay deep and feed?

Any suggestion will help.

Thanks in advance,
Game

THEY ARE SCHOOLED UP CHASING BAIT BALLS? THE KEY WORD HERE IS "CHASING". YOU MIGHT GET LUCKY AND SEE THEM PUSH A BALL INTO SHORE, OR CLOSE TO IT.

USE HEAVY FAST RETRIEVE LURES, LIKE 1/2oz SASSY SHADS AND BUCKTAIL JIGS. THROW EM FAR, LET EM SINK AND QUICKLY CRANK EM IN. HOLDING YOUR ROD LOW AND TO ONE SIDE.

YOU SHOULD READ MY POST'S AND REPORTS ON THE FORE BAY AND SAN LUIS RES. ALSO THE AQUADUCT.

ALSO THE CATS HAVE MOVED TO THE SHALLOW COVES WHERE THE WATER HAS COOLED FOR THEM TO MOVE IN AND FEED ON ALL THE "DECAY", CRAWDADS AND SUCH.

YOU WILL ALSO FIND THEM IN MOVING WATER, WHERE A CREEK, RIVER OR ANY KIND OF WATER FLOWING INTO THE LAKE. YOU CAN ACTUALLY CREATE THE CONDITION WITH A 12V BILGE PUMP AND A BATTERY, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF PUMP. FISHING IN THE RAIN AT MID DAY IS REALLY GOOD FOR CATS, JUST PICK A SPOT WHERE RAIN WATER IS FLOWING INTO THE LAKE. ITS A NATURAL, SORT OF, CHUM LINE!

BY THE WAY, WHAT WATERS ARE YOU FISHING?
