Default Fluke, Flounder, Mackerel, etc in Southern Maine

I was wondering what you guys have caught for fish besides stripers in the Southern Maine area off the surf and jettys and where. I was reading up on winter flounder and was wondering if they would be found in the waters around here off the jetty or not or if they ever show up at all during the summer. Any info or tips you guys have would be great. Also what your would recommend for rigs, weights, fishing techniques and bait. Thanks guys

I was also wondering about cod and such around casco bay, but from boat, seems like you always hear about them in Mass. but I can't find out anything about them being out off of the harpswell or Kennebec River area, so any info would be appreciated.

Flounder will come around shore but not often. if you caught one it would probly be on accident.
