Default New to surfcasting in RI

Hi all, so despite this week being characterized by baitfish everywhere, I can't seem to do much catching. I have been freshwater fishing for a while now and recently began surfcasting despite having always lived in RI. I was hoping that somebody might be able to suggest few spots to try, as I have tried a dozen or so without any luck (aside from one bluefish blitz). Thanks, I truly appreciate the help!

I would sugest You start with a 2oz white
bucktail jig & attash a 2in. white curltail.
If this does not work try a 2oz. castmaster
or hopkins no curtail. Donot forget niddle
nose plires. If they are cutting through
mono leader switch to 18in.to 20in.wire
leader. If they are blitzing up &down the
shore line stay on Your spot for a while.
Stripers seem to follow for the chunks
left by the blues.I hoped I helped.
