Default Salt Water License

Was supposed to be signed into law by Davol on thursday 11-19-09.
Initial $10 fee, How long do you figure before they make it to 50 or 100?

Depending on How broke your state is.
See NY and Patterson.

RI. NJ. Me. NH. Hi. fed ruling will apply. $25.

So you will likely have to buy a federal one anyway if you fish NJ, Me, NH or Rhode Island as many of us do.

I would love to pay $10 a year as long as the money goes to the fishery..In california , we pay about $ 50 a year for salt & fresh water Plus the steelhead stamp>Then theres the two rod stamp..They also ask $5 for a bay inhancement stamp, which you need forbay & so many miles up river..This stamp was brought on after the striper stamp , $5, money was found to be being spent on other issues..When ever funds are needed for anything , they dipped into the striper fund..When the public found out & complained, the striper stamp was eliminated & the following year this Bay inhancement stamp$5 appeared..This is sopposed to be used for all bay fisheries..Convenient huh?Now they can really confuse where the money goes.. Oh by the way with all the money collected you would think we have a great fishery out in California...?? Well our salmon season is closed for two years & probably longer Stripers, Shad & all the bait fish that used to call our upper Delta home are almost extinct.. Aii the water is Piped down to south Calif so they can grow crops & develope houseing tracts in deserts whether we care or not..This has been brought up before, & all I can say is keep watch on the Funds & where it goes...And above all, don't ever allow Schwarzeneggar ( our beloved Green Governor) in your politics ...He destroyed our fishery for campaign funds....Jim
