Default Spoonlips

Hey all,
Wanted to try fooling around with some spoonlip style plugs, I bought some #4 Indiana blades and thru some trial and error I was able to get a really nice swimming action on these little suckers, not much use for this time of year, we usually have big bait around now, but in the Fall with smaller bait and flatter water I have high hopes for these.

A little under 2 ozs., with a sexy wiggle that starts as soon as you have tension on the line, both of these were swiped at while testing waaay up a local river.

While I was looking for lips for the lures above, I came across some deep cup Colorado blade lips. The only problem with all these lips is that they are nickel plated brass, I have not been able to find stainless lips yet, and they will probably corrode pretty badly.

Anywho, a medium sized surfster with a spoon lip.....pretty equal swim compared to the standard surfster lip, because of the corrosion factor I'll probably stick to the stainless, standard lip.
