Default Delaware River

Nice fish! I'm new to this striper thing and have been fishing down on the Susquehanna Flats. What area of the Delaware can you catch fish like this?
Thanks for the help.

The primary spawning area for Delaware River striped bass is the highly industrialized stretch between Wilmington De and Marcus Hook Pa. Spawning season is April 1st to may 31st. You cant target them. Must be released.
The majority of spawned adults remain in the tidal portions of the river.
The last few years has seen bigger and bigger fish furthur up river. Even past the Water gap all the way to Calicoon.
From Trenton Falls upstream: open year-round 2 at 28" NJ and Pa are the same and reciprical.
NY is the same 2 at 28 reciprical license with Pa.
