Default albemarle sound stripers

OK, I tried this once before under a different topic . . .
Does anyone have any info. re: stripers or other fish in the albemarle sound, especially the northern section where it meets w/the pasquotank river? Flounder? C'mon, my parents are moving on the pasquotank a stones throw from a boat ramp. I can't just sit there and watch the river flow by . . .
any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Chesty
Welcome to the site. Im from up North of you and have no working knowledge of the area in question. so i did a google search for pasquotank stripers. A direct hit brings you to us. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...=Google+Search
The North Carolina page says Striped bass never leave the area, while largemouth bass and crappie are found in nearly every creek and backwater. I know we have some local guys close to you that can help you out a bit. I hope they'll be along shortly for some first hand info.
Cool name
