Lots of spots, but I tend to drive into RI.
In OS, I'm sure you've checked out the causeway for bass and blues. If you go to the town beach and Harvey Beach during "off hours", the stripers and blues will run along the sandbars. You can wade for days out there and it's lots of fun.
I'd try going into RI, and get two books. First, Frank Diagnault's "Striper Hot Spots" and Gene Bourque's "Fishing the RI Coast" which is published by On the Water. They give directions to locations and tips for fishing.
If you like to dunk bait, try the Napatree Point beach, Weekapaug Beach(s), Charlestown beach, etc all the way to (and including) the West Wall.
If you like soft plastics or an eeler, I'd add Fresh Pond Rocks, Watch Hill, and the three Breachways to the list.
If you are into big wood, hard to beat the Breachways but sometimes the crowds are tough.
If any of this is greek, get the books and you will know what I'm referring to. Some of these spots are less travelled. ;)
