Congrats bud :) I smoke like a pack every week or 2. Never been much of a smoker, mostly only socially, and never got addicted. Guess I got lucky. 2 or 3 packs is alot, and I'm glad to hear your kickin the habit. Like you said, your saving your life! :) Thats more time for fishin!

Wish you the best, think "NO CIGS, MORE FISH" ;)

Default Good work kevin

Keep up the good work. I have a serious pulmonary disorder that I deal with on a daily basis. No thanks in large part to 20 years of marlboros. I quit for about 10 years and I still cant breath. Keep telling yourself its a dirty filthy disgusting habit and you would rather lick an ash tray than smoke. The urge only lasts 35 seconds. Just keep putting it off. I have bronchitis now for 3 weeks and my ribs hurt from coughing.
The doctor put me on steroids that made me gain weight and hurt my throat. I have breathing pumps with me all the time. Lucky my lungs dont have any nodules, but sometimes they feel like they do. I encourage people all the time not to smoke. But with me, I had no choice. It was either breathe or smoke. I chose breathing. Now I have something called severe obtructive airway disease that is partly reversible with inhalers but life is considerably more difficult than it should be. I wish you a lot of luck.

Notice the google ads for smokeaway on top of the page. :) lol

good job man!

eh, both my parents smoke, 2 packs a day each...
its pretty bad, but they smoke outside, so i get less second hand smoke.
my lungs are probably pretty bad cause of the second hand smoke.
I will try my best never ever to smoke.
