Default Grills in Coxsackie park?

Hi guys, I'm going to take some friends down to the Coxsackie park for a day of fishing (for anything, just want to keep them interested) and eating. I don't remember if they had those public grills there, can someone let me know please? Thanks a lot, tight lines!

I previously posted about not having grills at Coxsackie and I have to admit that I was wrong. There are 3 or 4 rusty cast iron BBQ grills there.

See Ya

Oops...

This whole time I thought you were asking if there were *GIRLS* at Coxsackie Park!

With a name like that- I wouldn't doubt that they flock to the place...

By the way, if you DO find GIRLS there, give us a full report!

Hahaha, will do Jimmy, will do. I'll let you guys know if we catch anything interesting. Do you guys know any other parks along the Hudson for which 20 people will have casting room? I need to find a "plan B" in case people aren't catching anything so they don't all blame me

It may seem obvious, but Corning Preserve is pretty sweet... I have pulled my share of Smallies from there when shore fishing... And there are Largemouths in the little "tidal pond" just off from the main river.

And there's plenty of grills and tables, etc... Plus, you can get the 'low down' on the Striper fishing report if you hang out at the boat ramp long enough...

As for GIRLS at Corning Preserve- I think the 75 degree weather this week should have them out in their sundresses and beginning their spawning runs... I recommend a vintage Chardoney to lure in the trophies, and a bottle of Mad Dog 20/20 for the real Hawgs...
