Your work Is Great ROC.. I've never had the oppitunity to swim any of your plugs if they swim as good as they look which i bet they do. THERE EFFIN GREAT... I might have to hold the Pike family hostage.
Maybe when i see ya at a gathering next year we could do a plug trade. So i can stop looking an fish one of the jointed eels or Pikies.

Looks like you're in the groove, and into high production. Always a pleasure looking at your stuff.

I'm loving the pike stripe paint jobs roc, and pikies and surfsters are 2 of my favorite swimmers of all time. I have some surfies drying now, and some Rickski swimmers, and pikies and pencils are next in the pipeline. Going to have to try some stripes on the pikies.
Are you putting any weight in the big surfsters? Mine swam OK unweighted, but I'm curious......

I have to agree, IMHO, no plug is more pleasing to look at than pikies and surfsters, they just look fishy... I dont weight most of them, but I do have a few that have 1/2 ounce of lead in the behind, just for those nights when I must drill into the wind, some of the action is lost as well as the holding ability in rough water, but on those nights long casts usually aren't needed, just getting the plug beyond the breakers is the only requirement, and if she moves, she is usually eaten...

Well much to my delight Santa came early this year BUT it,s causing a marriage problem. My wife refuses to sleep in the big bed with a bunch of pikies between us so that leaves plenty of room for the pikies
