Default Need some input on a new rod

Looking at purchasing a new rod and reel this upcoming season in the Hudson River. I fish from shore with chunk bait. My current setup is a 9ft tsunami with a okuma bait feeder Im looking to upgrade a little bit. Im thinking this for my next set up 10'6 mojo surf with a 2-6 oz rating. and a shimano bait runner D in 6000 series. what you guys think ?
