Was hittin some CT estuaries and backwaters end of last week and had some good luck. Was catching some nice 30" fish just before sunup two days in a row at this spot. They were nailin live eels. Kept one fish for the grill Sat, was delicious, quickly released all others. Hope this heat hasn't driven them away from here, wonderin if they moved out to to reefs yet.... Thinkin I might play hookie from work tomorrow, slide in there tonight and find out....oh what to do what to do.

the smaller ones are better eatin me thinks. Any body else got an opinion? so long as it's legal. You could quit your job and start making fishing videos. "here's how you catch fish kids."

Reason tells me you should keep your day job.

Work 4pm-12:30am
home, change, pack up, brew up a pot.
park @ 4
Lines in by 4:15AM
Fish til 9-11am
Shower
Go back to work at 4pm on no sleep, packing REDLINE,redbull, and gatorade tiger.

Crash the second i get home tho.
