Intro to Spring

Hello Everyone,
Hoping to get some info on when the Light in Jamestown turns on in the spring, early May? Love the ditch and my rocky shore here in NH, but hoping to branch out. Also just joined the Plum Island Club. Hoping to fine tune my plug and rod building skills.
Thanks for any advice.
