Default Heard back from Ian...

Holy crap, I heard from Ian today. I sent out an "end of season" email through the Marsh Marauders board, and Ian wrote back. He's still alive! I havent seen him since we went up and fished with Jigman tha 3rd week of July lol, but he says he didnt quit fishin', and he cant wait for May to come around :)

lmao! Yup, neck found. But soon to be lost again :) Ian's a good guy, I hope he gets back into the swing of things next season.

I cant wait to head back up yer way. It's something else up there. Maybe next season we can get a little something together. Maybe we could party at "Camp Castle". Its on the Cathance River. Know where that is? You go up through Merrymeeting Bay. We could fish all day Saturday, party on the dock (got a little boat house/party room too), and then fish Sunday lol, and be on the water the whole time :D

Next time I hit the Kenny, I'm throwin out some Exude's in Alewife and Bubblegum patterns, on a jighead. Yes! They smell like pooped pants, but boy them bassy's really go bonkiz ovah em. I'll bring a bunch up fer ya :)

Jay has an F250 turbo-diesel ;) 500 ft./lbs. of torque. It prefers to tow Chevy's, but it can haul boats too lol. I'll have another new truck by then too, so I could tow somethin as well if needed.

I promised myself one thing, MORE ROAD TRIPS NEXT SEASON!!! We gotta go see Jim, and Briggs too!

The season doesnt end here until well into December. We could have a nice little outing at one of the many beaches down this way. NY, New Jersey, delaware Say when.

Or we could hole up for a day or two in Montauk.

I guess if we're goin ta fish the Kenny, Steve and I will have to learn about jigin. :D We normally fish live bait or chunk, but I need to explore new ways of fishin. Especially for times when we can't find any bait. 8)
