It's been awhile but the local bait shops carry them I believe I got mine at 7 points bait. As for the price I'm not sure. Also if you know of any hatcheries they will sell you some of their stock. Just get them in the 5-8" range. They are fragile so get them as close to fishing time as possible unless you have an aerated live well to keep them in.
The worst day of fishing is better than the best day at work.
