Umm, as far as I'm concerned, it IS three months! LOL! April 17th there will DEFINATELY be both stripers and herring waiting for us to catch them. WooHoo!!
it`s for when the season open`s on the river north of the GW bridge march 15.
I wish it was march 15 th now so i could track then on my computer , on there way up to see me again in april.happy3.gif
Im loving the sound of that!! Was getting worried with this cold spell that the water temps would slow things down this year, def great news! Lower portions of the river should start seeing fish soon!
The only thing that sucks about that counter is that it's just counting down until opening day. In reality, you have to add about another 30 days to that until the herring start showing up. Makes me sad....
We are getting ALLsnow here WTF ?????
Seriously :5387:
*I see the snow/rain line is Catskill ... everything south and east of there has been rain.
Just 12 miles north up to my house, over 6" of heavy wet stuff, boooo hisssss.
Hey guys. Below the KR Bridge half the river in the shipping lane was devoid of Ice. Yesterday, it was bank full.
New to this site. But I've been a Striper nut for about 30 years.
:flyfish:
Can't wait for this white sh*t to melt so I can pull my boat out. Right now there's a 3 ft high wall of white Sh*t in front of it!!!!
