So this weekend there is a food truck festivel in Troy on the waterfront park. My wife and my mother in law are excited to go to it. Mean while My father in law and I are more excited about being out fishing. I used to tie up to the docks in Troy for a few beers at Browns when I went out with my buddies. Never had any issue then. When I last checked the docks weren't in yet. Could I just tie up to the wall go grab some food and then be back at it. It would be a lot easier than running down to renns launch pulling the boat driving up for food then driving back down and launching the boat again.
There are a few ladders up the wall but they are not for the faint of heart. Just use plenty of bumpers. Don't know what the story on the docks is. I have used them for previous festivals in Troy, few dollars to tie up.
