Fort Lee / Petersburg

I will be in the Fort Lee / Petersburg area sep and oct. Are there any good places to catch some striped bass?

I have fished with bunker in the chesapeake bay area before so I have some ideas on tactics but I just need to know if there are any good spots that are not too far of a drive from Fort Lee.
