today was my last day out i will be pulling my boat tomorrow the fish are still around and still being caught but are getting smaller every day i got one today that was about 3.5 inches and one maybe 5.0 inches on my herring jig these must be this years hatch i did not count these on my total number of fish caught but ended the year with 109 fish for myself
no this is my first forum but i do believe we fished very close this year and not even know it. ive got that small tracker i think you were there with us on thurs and sat. if so thats crazy down there at the end of the run no monsters but wow we got a ton of 4-10 pd fish. is it like that at the end of every run? plus nobodys out there they think its done. was awsome!!!
I have never fished that late in the run but now see i might have been missing the boat i am glad to hear you were doing good yourself i seen you get a couple but was to busy to see exactly what you were doing and yes it was great with no other boats out hopefully i will see you out their next year

you ever travel anywhere for stripers? i take the old lady down to new jersey to island beach state park in late oct. or nov. its crazy up and down the beach. you can drive your truck right down the beach too!!
