fluke plymouth harbor

ok the stripers in the harbor are very slim,so i want to try getting some fluke .the only thing is how ,what to look for and size and limit any help would be great thanks.

I have done some Fluking down the cape. Find some current, pockets of eel grass, sandy bottom in 12-25ft of water. Rig an Fluke rig with 1 or 2 oz sinker enough to hold bottom and slap a 1/4 squid on the hook so it dangles. Drift, Grab a frosty beer and get ready. They don't hit hard but they fight good. i didnt get the rigs yet but did some night fishing off standish and was getting dogs,moved in and had three snap offs couldnt tell ya what they were.those damn dogs.

i fish off white horse all the time been havin the same deal lots of dogs snapin 50 pound braid got four or five of them 3to 4 feet went up to the harbor by the mayflower my buddy has a boat there only got a few no keeps all of them 26 24 lookin for my first keeper any help b thankfull
