Really ..... is this early to see them in those spots down your way or are is it normal and they are staging for the spawning run? I'm up in Albany and we don't normally see them until Mid April.

Anyone know if there in the posty? On my way home from work today the people were stacked on the Bruno wall at the mouth of the posty in Troy. Just didn’t know how stacked they were.

Caught one herring in the river in the shipping lane by the Troy lock. It’s getting better.

Managed to jig one from the dam. Lots of boats and they all had bait today. Water was 48° this morning and warmed up a little.
