Default Coming home...

Well, my 5 years gone is coming to an end pretty soon. Had plans to stay in California to get some college done but a few family issues are bringing me back to the striper coast. I'm gonna miss San Diego...the fishing here is amazing....and year round. But, it's time to move on....the least I can do is bring my newly acquired west coast fishing skills back to the east....and hopefully land me some big stripers this summer.

I get out the end of October but that date may change to the end of July so I can go to school on time. Take away another 30 days of leave and I could be home at the beginning of July.....

Hope to see some of you guys out on the water, and hope to reconnect with some of the same people from "back in the day".

Sorry to hear about your family issues Brian, but that's pretty awesome that you'll be back on the east coast to catch some cows this summer. If ya ever make your way to Maine give me a shout and I'll do the same if I'm ever down your way (errr, not sure where YOUR way is exactly but). Tight lines and good luck out there this season my friend!!!

Thanks, nice to see a familiar face. I know it's still not striper season up in New England but everybody went into hiding or something lol. I'm near the Boston area so if you ever come down just let me know. It's possible I'll be buying a boat with my brother(s) so that may help out a bit too. I'm actually getting pretty excited about fishing stripers again....even picked up some Hogy Lures the other day lol. I'm a devoted artificial guy now....the West coast has changed me but I'm ready to fish!

Yea Zimno time really flies.

As of now I'm gonna get all the fishing in that I can. On the drive home I plan on fishing in a few states as well, obviously purchasing some temporary fishing licenses ahead of time.
