I'm an Older Monctonian/ newbie, getting back at the striper fishing. I have heard the St.John river around reversing falls is good. Does anyone know of other good areas. When is the best time to go. I also have a boat so I can pretty well go anywheres. I also plan on doing nite fishing??

Stripers are all throughout the river system and it's believed they stick around all year round. Look for structure and strong currents. Find points and sudden drop offs. Try trolling big bombers and big eels. Hope you have some luck!
